Panera Bread
Brian had won a $10 gift card to Panera Bread at the Party Hearty Zumbathon at Genesis East Central last Saturday so we decided to go there after my Zumba workout yesterday. We don’t really get to go to Panera very often so it was a nice treat. Notice that I was good and got an apple in lieu of chips or bread. I did have a piece of Brian’s bread bowl, though.
The Good Egg
The Good Egg was my reward after doing both Jenni’s step class at Andover YMCA and Gina Ann’s Zumba class at East Central Genesis. I didn’t realize that I could actually make both classes. Now that I know this, my Saturdays will never be the same ever again. That is, until my Groupon runs out. LOL.
This is Brian making his breakfast gumbo.

My yummy omelet…
Breakfast was pretty good. The Good Egg did not disappoint. Well, except for the fact that they ran out of hot chocolate. I’m not sure how that happens. =P
McDonald’s Fruit and Maple Oatmeal
Misty had a coupon for a free fruit and maple oatmeal at McDonald’s so I had it for breakfast the other day. Thanks for the coupon, Misty!
It looks better in their ads, menus and displays than it does in person (as does everything that McDonald’s serves, unfortunately). I suppose it’s not the best for you healthwise, but it’s probably the best out of the options available at McDonald’s. LOL.
Baked Eggs
Ching wants the “baked Egg” recipe posted. It’s extremely easy. Here goes: Baked Eggs: Preheat oven to 350 deg. Spray muffin tins with Pam. Place 1 TBL salted butter in the bottom of each tin. Crack an egg into each tin (I use Eggland’s Best). Place 1 TBL of whole milk or half & half (I use half & half) into each tin. Bake in oven for approx. 12-15 min. NOTE: If you would like to add stuff like ham, cooked bacon, cheese, etc., add before you add the eggs. When the eggs are set, remove from oven and run a small knife around each cup to loosen the egg. Enjoy!
