Carriage Crossing
We had lunch at Carriage Crossing in Yoder, Kansas yesterday.
Their delicious bread is made fresh daily.
After much deliberation, Brian and I decided to get the country fried chicken and country fried steak respectively. (It’s funny because Jen and Armando ordered the exact same entrees when they were there a month ago.)
When we were finished, our server Sarah asked if we wanted dessert. Brian instinctively asked what they had. She started naming off all these different pies. I was like, “Wow! That’s a lot of pies. Do you have that written somewhere?”
She showed me this.
Brian and I were stuffed, so we skipped dessert. I think part of it was that we were completely overwhelmed with all the choices. LOL.
We did stop back by on the way home to pick up one of their delicious pies to take to mom and dad’s dinner thing. (Pictures of our little fiesta in Derby to follow.) It was definitely a good day full of good eaten’.
