Fourth of July – Bertucci’s
The fourth of July shenanigans continue… After drinking beer before noon at the Sam Adams Brewery tour and after my first live MLB ballgame at Fenway Park, we all went to Bertucci’s for dinner. They were short-handed that night so it was a little crazy. The food was really good, though.
Mama Dill, Jeff and I all had the lobster and shrimp basiico. It was super delicious!
I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to eat an entire order of the pasta. Well, I could but I really shouldn’t. So Jeff and I decided to split that and then we split an order of the grilled vegetables also.
Brian had a cheese pizza, which he wasn’t all that impressed with. He thought that the pizza at Il Panino Express was better. Then again, that’s at the North End where everything is good.
Jay had a calzone.
Becca had a soup and salad combo.
You can tell we all just came from the ballgame because we were all still in our Fenway and Red Sox gear.
Bertucci’s reminds me of Carrabba’s here in town. I don’t know about the others, but my food was really yummy! I would eat at Bertucci’s again.
