These are pictures from our dinner at Cracker Barrel a few days ago.

Cracker Barrel is a great place to play checkers, but an even better place to eat chicken. They have a chicken dinner on special every Sunday. Brian, and everyone else, ordered it the time we all went to dinner. I wish I would have. I ordered the country fried steak and it wasn’t very good. It was so tough that even with a steak knife I had a tough time cutting it. I had a couple of bites and gave up.

Brian let me try some of his chicken, though. It was really good. I think that’s what I will order next time. Our next visit will be on Sunday. We are going to take grandma and grandpa there for dinner. We like taken them out and buy them lunch every once in a while. We thought dinner would be a nice change. We’ll just have to warn them about the country fried steak.
